Q:

Chances of pregnancy

My boyfriend and I grinded (dry sex) with our underwears on. His boxer was wet, and my underwear had a hole by the vaginal opening (I didn't know until much later), but there was no skin to skin contact. I felt sick right after we were done, and I became paranoid. I took Postinor 1 about 14 hours after the dry hump just in case, and 5 days after I took the pill, I spotted. My breasts became tender (they hurt when I touch them) but I have no cramps whatsoever. I do feel nausea every now and then. I'm stressed because it's my exam week, and the paranoia about me possibly being pregnant. I know that I'm not pregnant because no penetration happened, but I can't stop worrying about me becoming pregnant. Could I be pregnant? or am I just being paranoid?

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

Pregnancy is not possible because you did not have intercourse.  The ONLY way to become pregnant is if the male ejaculates into the vagina during penetration without any protection.

The "pregnancy-like" symptoms you are having are side effects of taking Postinor 2 (which you did not need to take because you did not have intercourse).

You can stop stressing because you cannot be pregnant from any of these events. I also highly suggest that you learn more about intercourse, birth control and pregnancy by using the tabs above.
