I am a coffee addict and need to drink it every day! I've read a bunch of articles about how coffee is good for your health, but don't know a lot about its negative effects. How is coffee bad for your health?

Hi Erin,

Thanks for your question. Studies have shown, drinking coffee has no negative effects, even after drinking 6 cups of coffee a day. It all depends on each individual. Some of the warning symptoms to be aware of are tremors, sleeping problems. feeling stress and uncomfortable are signs that you are obviously drinking too much coffee. Some experts do suggest it's best to brew coffee with a paper filter, to remove substance that causes increases in LDL cholesterol.
