In my area there is little knowledge about sex. What exactly a virgin is? If a girl has a boyfriend who sex with her with clothes on like dry humping kiss hugs etc but never entered his penis on her vagina place or never saw or touched vagina...will that girl b still called a virgin??

Welcome to EmpowHER. That is a very good question.
The definition of a virgin is strongly influenced by culture and religion. The long held definition has been an individual is considered to be a virgin if he or she has not engaged in sexual intercourse.
Using that definition, if a girl has not vaginal intercourse (penis penetrates vagina) , she would still be a virgin.
