My partner and I have been trying for a baby since march and still nothing has happened . I have been having blood tests to check I am ovulating, which I had one on the 15th november but previous to that I had been having symptons related to pregnancy, sore nipples, constantly tired which I dont normally get. However my ovulation test came back positive to say I had. Can you still ovulate when pregnant or was the result positive because I am pregnant? Help I don't quote know what is right or wrong? X

amandaniall - No, you cannot ovulate if you are pregnant. You may find the following link helpful in gaining a better understanding of ovulation: http://www.americanpregnancy.org/gettingpregnant/understandingovulation.html
