I had sex three months ago. Since then, I've not missed my period. In fact, as a matter of fact, I saw my period 7th of this month. But after that I started feeling sick. I went for a lab test, the first report showed faint line positive. I went for ultrasound, the report showed there's a thick endometrial deciduation but no obvious sac. I've been worried since then cos the doctor was like the pregnancy is not upto one month. Where as I had unprotected sex last three months (march) please how possible is that? I've not missed my period o

Guide

Hi, Anon.

Thank you for your post.

No birth control method is 100%. If you are pregnant, there was obviously a mishap at some point. For the most part, one cannot be pregnant while having regular periods. Having light bleeding or spotting during pregnancy is not the same as having a period, so this is a question you need to ask your doctor.
