It sounds like you may need to talk with a specialist, unless you are misunderstanding what the doctor is telling you. PCOS is a chronic condition that does not just "go away". Birth control pills can help treat symptoms, and you would need to talk with your doctor about your specific situation and PCOS to know if you are able to conceive without fertility treatments.
Can you begin educating yourself on PCOS, and ask us questions that you do not understand? Do you have a doctor you feel is specialized in treating PCOS, who spends time explaining this condition and treatment options with you?

Are you trying to become pregnant?
Women who have PCOS do have a more difficult time with conceiving, but it depends on your specific situation.
What has your doctor told you, in terms of your PCOS and fertility?

If you have had unprotected sex after your last period, there is a chance of pregnancy. If it has been over 2 weeks since you had unprotected sex, you can take a home pregnancy test.
If you have not had unprotected sex, you would not have a chance of pregnancy. Your symptom of watery discharge is a little concerning to me-- is this a new symptom, or does your doctor know about this?
