Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community with your question about your friend's congenital overgrowth of the pubic bone.

The pubic bone is one of the bones that make up the pelvis, which is a set pf bones. These include the hip bone, sacrum, and coccyx.

Anonymous, has your friend spoken with her gynecologist about this? I do not know what surgical options are available. I was not able to find any information.

Regards,
Maryann
