Cotton Socks..Do they really help with Hot Flashes?

I just had a dear friend just tell me that wearing "cotton" socks at night helps prevent night sweats. Has anyone ever heard this? Does it really work? I wonder why?

Can't wait to see if women are really doing this and if it really works.

Best in health,
Michelle

Michelle, you may want to take a look at this article that says socks may help prevent night sweats. According to the post, it apparently works for night sweats. Is this what your friend was referring to?
