if i have clamps on my tubes could i get pregnant... i had it done almost 5yrs. ago but for the last week im really sleepy an i feel like getting sick but never do... i am 30 an i am on birth control pills bu i dot ake them lke i should.... i have the singes but i have clams on my tubes...

Hi Anon,
Female sterilization is about 99% effective. However, you can always test for pregnancy if you feel like there may be a chance of pregnancy. With that being said, being tired and feeling like you are going to get sick are not symptoms that are specific to pregnancy. You can go to your doctor and explain your symptoms so that you can be evaluated and have some blood work done. That way you will not only find out whether you could be pregnant or not but also what's making you so tired and ill.
