My guy and I were fooling around. We didn't have intercourse though. However, we did have genital contact, but no penetration. He ejeculated from a hand jo at one point. We were fooling around for about three hours and then for about an hour the next morning. Could his pre ejaculation or ejaculation get me pregnant if there was no penetration? I'm really freaking out.

It usually requires penetration in order for a woman to get pregnant. However, if he was close enough to the entrance of your vagina and he ejaculated or preejaculated there then there's a remote possibility for pregnancy-- however small. Please try not to worry over this and wait for your next period to come. For future reference, if you're going to be rubbing genitals you may want to consider using a condom not only for pregnancy protection but for protection from sexually transmitted diseases as well.
