Could I be pregnant?

So AF came 3 days early.i've never had a period come this early. So today is the day I'm really supposed to start. I'm having lots of pain on my left side and back. Have any of you ladies had an early period and still end up pregnant?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Not all cycles will be the same. 2-3 days before  or after the expected day is also normal. If you are concerned about being pregnant, you might need to take a home pregnancy test.  Hope this was helpful?
