Could i be pregnant

I had sex for the first time 3 months ago at age 23, i've had two periods since, and i haven't had sex since then i've only had sex once but im still waiting for this period to come im on day 39 of my cycle, still no period and i usually have them every 28 days. They are always regular. Could i be pregnant?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. It's unlikely you will be pregnant, if you had your period since then. Many other things can cause a delay in a woman's ovulation and menstruation, such as stress, medication and many other conditions. You might want to continue monitoring it and if you don't get your period within a few days, it might be best to take a home pregnancy test.
