My last period was 41 days ago and usually my Cycle is regular 30 days . I took 2 home pregnancy test last week but they were negative. Today I had spotting when wiping . barely noticeable . and very mild cramps not at all like my usual menstrual cramps. And also i am very tired and dizzy and very emotional no other symptoms. Myself and my fiance are not trying but not preventing either . could I be pregnant ?

Eleven days late and unprotected sex would indicate pregnancy. But, two negative pregnancy test results raise question.
Schedule an appointment with your gynecologist. A blood pregnancy can be ordered. The blood test is more accurate than a urine test.
