First of all, if your boyfriend ejaculated into your vagina during intercourse then the probability of getting pregnancy is very high. If you are not using any kind of contraceptive at all then your chances are extremely high.
If you are planning to continue having sex in the future and do not wish to get pregnant then I suggest that you start using some kind of birth control in the future.
