04th of January I had sex and he cued. His cm got on the tip of my clittorus and kind of on the outside but still inside of my vagina. Could I possibly end up pregnant?

There is always a chance of becoming pregnant when sperm comes in contact with the vagina. You would be at a high risk if this occurred during ovulation, which in general happens mid cycle, about 14 days before the start of your period.
If your next period is late by more than seven days, take a pregnancy test.
