You can relax, because I do not think there was a risk for becoming pregnant. The reason is there was no vaginal intercourse to allow ejaculation of semen into your vagina.
You may have wondered if semen on his tongue was transferred to your vagina. Most likely not because he probably swallowed it before coming near you.
