Could I be pregnant?

Please someone help me, I'm really scared.
My boyfriend put his tip inside me using a condom BUT before that I had gotten it wrong and put it backwards to then put it correctly. He stayed inside me less than 5 seconds AND NEVER CAME
I TOOK THE POSTDAY PILL RIGHT AFTER just to make sure.
We've been grinding a lot after that with clothes on, but I'm really scared. I heard the postday can make your period come two months late, and since I'm already paranoid it will be a god awful wait. I'm really scared, I didnt even want him inside, it just happened. He has never come inside me, or around my vagina.
