My boyfriend recently came down to visit. I was on my third day of my period. I was wearing a pad, underwear, and shorts and he was only wearing these tight boxers. We ended up dry humping. He came but inside his boxers. I could feel a little wetness, from him, near the crease besides my thigh. There wasn't a visible amount on me, I could only feel some wetness. Also I gave him a hand job and after he came I immediately washed my hands. Would that cause a problem? I'm a bit of a worrier so i'm freaking out right now.

There is no risk. Your clothing is a barrier preventing genital to genital contact. Ejaculate may wet clothing but it can't penetrate it to get inside you. If you do have sex (intercourse, no clothes) make sure your partner wears a condom.
