My ovulation day was expected to be may 17. However, I had sex on may 21. I did use a condom, however after a few minutes of having sex he had to go to pee so we took the condom off and then put it again and I tried to be careful but I am not 100% sure if there were any spills or something like that while we took it off and put it again.
Yesterday and today (may 23 and 24) i've been feeling very period-like cramps. The cramps are not that strong, but still they can easily be felt and they are prolongated. My next period is due may 31, like a week from now, and I think that it is too early to start feeling period cramps.
My concern is that I know my body is not a clock and therefore it is almost imposible to predict if I ovulate in the exact expected day. Therefore I am worried that I might have ovulated late and possibly be experiencing implantation cramps. My cycle is usually around 30 days. So, when is the latest day that my ovulation can occur?
My past periods have been like this:
- jan 1 period. Expected ovulation day jan 20
- Feb 2 period. Expected ovulation day feb 18
- March 4 period. Expected ovulation day march 18
- April 1 period. Expect ovulation day april 17
- May 1 period.
Is it normal to experience periodcramps this early? Or might they be associated with implantation? or is it too early for implantation to happen?...... in other words, could I really be pregnant???

Also, based on the dates I displayed about my previous periods, I think that I have a regular cycle. So, does this mean that 21st was like a "safe day" to avoid pregnancy?
