I have normal periods that is the same day every month. I haven't had my period in 4 months. I have all the symptoms of pregnancy; morning sickness, tender breast, nipples getting bigger and changing color, lower back pains, and I swear I feel movement. I have taken a test every month and it's a different brand every time but they have all came back negative. My ex and me were trying to conceive. I don't know what is going on or what to do.

Welcome to EmpowHER. No period for four months but negative home pregnancy test results points to one thing-call your gynecologist who can order a blood pregnancy test and can if you are not pregnant, why have you not gotten a period?
