Could I be pregnant?

Hello everyone. I am very worried. About two weeks ago, my boyfriend and I were rubbing genitals for about 10 seconds. He has already ejaculated about an hour before we started rubbing genitals. My period ended around January 3rd and today is January 30th. I have been feeling like I will be getting my period any day now for the past week and a half. I have been extremely stressed out about being pregnant and I have also been stressed out about multiple things. Also, I have been working out excessively for an hour nearly every day for the past month, which I do not normally do. I have read stress about being pregnant can also cause symptoms. I am very worried. Can someone please help me out?

You are positive about this? I have read all over the internet that doing this could risk pregnancy. I think I may have gotten my period today, but it is very light. I have been feeling as if I was going to get my period for a week, but I never got it until today ( if it even is my period). I am worried if it is the 'spotting' women get when they are pregnant.

You can read anything on the internet, right? Some women may have spotting while pregnant...this is true.

What is more likely the circumstance in your situation can be ascertained by looking at the facts:
1. You are expecting your period at this time. You are spotting. It is most likely spotting related to your period.
2. Women (who are pregnant) and have spotting experience irregular bleeding patterns (spotting when not expecting a period). You are expecting to bleed during your period; it is not an irregular time for you.
3. Rubbing genitals without ejaculation is a very low risk for pregnancy, if a risk at all.

You can learn more about HOW a pregnancy is most likely to occur, but reading random stories about what could have possibly have happened to one woman is not relevant to your specific situation...and what is the most logical and likely answer.

You can educate yourself about what are high risk and low risk sexual activities from credible health sources; not from anecdotal stories that are not relevant to you and your situation. Does that make sense? If your boyfriend did not ejaculate, did not penetrate your vagina...there would be no risk of pregnancy. Since he ejaculated, but an hour prior, he would not have a pool of semen on his penis..right? Knowing that sperm die within seconds (when dry), sperm can not pass from someone's hand to your vagina to impregnate you...that is not how conception works.

Rubbing genitals would not put you at risk for pregnancy.

Your boyfriend ejaculated an hour prior to your rubbing genitals, and any sperm that was not wiped away would have died (sperm only live in wet, moist environments...they die quickly when dry).
