Usually a women will ovulate Day 11 and Day 21 of a woman's cycle.  Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, Swollen or tender breasts, Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can also start as early as the first week after conception.

Welcome to EmpowHER. Usually sperm needs to be released inside the vagina for pregnancy to occur. But if it's very close to the opening, it can still make it inside. It's very rare to get pregnant like this.
