Okay Im 15. I know Im super young and I feel awful, and I don't know what to do, I'm stressed and crying and freaking out about the fact that I could be pregnant. Okay so I fooled around with my boyfriend a couple of weeks ago, we didn't have sex, but it was outer teasing and "grinding" but he didn't penetrate, but ever since, I've been finding myself feeling nauseous at random times and pretty tired. I haven't noticed a changed in breast size or aereola color, or heightened smell, constipation, food cravings, etc. I have a very irregular period, and it hasn't come yet, and I'm not too worried, but honestly I think it should've come by now, even if its irregular. I'm stressed out and I don't know if the stress is delaying it, or eating habits are not good, or even if its delayed at all. Recently (today & maybe a little yesterday) I've been experiencing symptoms of PMSing, and I'm really hoping that is all this is just post period symptoms (for example, my incessant need/ craving for chocolate, sore breasts, and moodiness.) I've only been experiencing these last three recently. I'm not sure if I'm really pregnant, or just stressing myself into thinking I am. Based off of the information I've provided, can anyone give me an idea of what they think? I know it can't be determined officially by anything other then a doctor/pregnancy test, but I really need someone to help me through this, because honestly, I feel like I'm going to lose it.

Hello s_lyssa,
Fortunately in your case, you CAN know for sure that you are NOT pregnant. You can only become pregnant if your boyfriend ejaculates into your vagina during penetration.
It is very common to have hormonal irregularities during adolescent years which causes all the symptoms you are describing. If your symptoms are unbearable then I recommend you try using PMS tea. This can greatly help balance your hormones. You can relax though. There is not possible way for you to become pregnant from grinding even if the genitals touch.
