My boyfriend and I have fooled around about 3-4 days before I was supposed to get my period. Today my period is already 3 days late and I am panicking. I gave him a handjob. He fingered me and we rubbed genitals for about 3 seconds, this was before he came. When he came, it didn't go anywhere near my vagina. He came from me giving him a handjob. After that we layed down for around 10 minutes and then he gave me oral. I may have had some of his sperm on my left hand (but I don't think so because I used my right hand), and I used my left hand to touch my clitoris. I have read many websites about this and I know there might be a small chance of pregnancy, so I am freaking out because my period never comes late. I have my period for 2-3 years and I am 15 years old. I know I am too young and this won't happen again. Please help me, could I actually be pregnant and is that why my period is late? I know it can be late because of stress, but I have only stressed today and yesterday.

Indeed, stress could be the reason your period is late.
Since this happened three to four days before your period was due to start, you probably ovulated about two weeks before. Without a released egg to be fertilized, there was no risk of becoming pregnant even if you had semen on your finger.
Try your best to relax, and your period should start.

Thank you for answering! Today my period is still not here, it is now the latest it has ever been throughout the whole year!! Also, a few days ago my breasts were sore for a few days and I thought it's PMS, but my period is not here! I am very very scared. Are you sure that I am not pregnant? I'm really scared.

Have you gotten your period yet?
From what you shared in your first post, I do not see any risk for pregnancy.
You appear to be working yourself into quite a state.
Maybe, taking a pregnancy test and seeing the negative result may convince you.

Thank you! Today I woke and my period is still not here. It is around 6 days late now. I am panicking! I try to stay calm but then I burst out and I scream or cry. I am really scared. Are you sure that I am not pregnant? Is there any chance I could be pregnant? What if I skip a whole period?
