Could I be pregnant without being penetrated? And then starting my period the next day?

Last week me and my boyfriend grinded one night with my panties on and his boxers. I gave him a bj and he came but it wasn't near my vagina. Afterwards I peed and changed my underwear but I think a little might have gotten on the bed that I slept on. Anyways, at the beginning of this week I felt nauseous. I have had some stomach cramps also. I am a virgin and my last period started on the 25th of December and lasted about 4 days. A couple of days ago I started having some clear mucus like discharge, but I have had this before after my period. Am I just ovulating? I am so scared I am pregnant and I think I might just be being really paranoid which is making my stomach hurt. It hurts a little in the morning and when I think about it :( I was not ovulating when we grinded so I am assuming I couldn't have gotten pregnant because he didn't go inside of me. I am just really worried. I am trying not to stress out because I am supposed to get my period around the 23rd of this month. Stuff I had never had before and I am thinking that might have caused these stomach aches also. I also had a strong drink like every night that my boyfriend made me. I don't drink hardly ever. I have been drinking water every day and that is making me pee alot. Idk, I just want to be back to normal. Please help :(

No--there is no chance for pregnancy from your description. Unprotected sexual activity (pressing genitals together with no penetration) CAN lead to a slight risk of pregnancy, but if you had your menstrual period after this "episode", then menstrual bleeding means there is not a viable pregnancy.

Implantation bleeding is a misnomer; is should be called implantation spotting. It is literally a spot of blood that is seen on the toilet paper after you use the toilet and wipe, or on your underwear.

Lastly, any symptoms you are experiencing now...just days after your unprotected sexual activities (sorry--no better term!) could not be pregnancy symptoms, as these do not occur for weeks after unprotected sex. (You are not actually pregnancy for 10-14 days after you ovulate; I've written about this in-depth in other responses).

For future---please know that there is a slight risk of pregnancy when you have genital-to-genital contact, even if you do not have penetration. Any time a man's penis is erect, there is pre-cum (pre-ejaculatory fluid), which you may not see. This pre-cum may contain sperm. In order to have safer sexual encounters in the future--which will be even more pleasurable, as there will not be the worry afterwards---please see a doctor for hormonal contraception and/or use a condom each and every time there is any genital-to-genital contact.

I'm sorry I keep forgetting things, but I would also like to ask this as well...Could my period actually have been implantation bleeding? It started off brown and ended brown (bled red in between) but this often times happens to me.
