I think you'll be fine. In the future, being a little more prepared will help to eliminate this stress. As far as the Plan B, as long as you follow the instructions on how to take it, it should give you the results you're wanting...even with eating.

Anytime you have unprotected sex you increase your risk for pregnancy.  Also, since you are not confident that the withdrawal/pull out method was performed correctly, you could have become pregnant during that event. 

It is important to note that Plan B is less effective if you've already had unprotected sex earlier in your menstrual cycle, as you may already be pregnant.
