so last night this boy was trying to get me to have sex with him, WITH OUT PROTECTION. crazy right? well he had my shorts pulled to the side and his penis out and he tried to stick it in, but I think it just barely touched my vagina before I made him stop. could I have gotten pregnant from this?

I am glad you reached out to us. I do not think there was any risk of getting pregnant this way.
Your vagina is inside your body. So, he would have had to penetrate or insert his penis into your vagina and could not have barely touched it. He may have touched your outer genitalia, which is your vulva and labia.
Without penetration and ejaculation, there is no chance for becoming pregnant.
Please be aware of situations that you are getting into, and start using some type of birth control yourself, such as birth control pills, the Depo-Provera injection or an IUD.
