I've asked a few questions in the part concerning my TTC, I've had an average 30day cycle now since July where my lmp was on the 22nd August 19th September 19th i had sex on the 1st to the 3rd of October and was wondering if conception had taken place if there are any changes i would have noticed. I did notice a bit of cramping on and off and mild to medium type headaches. No spotting and nausea none different to my normal nausea when nearing my AF. I felt for my cervix today and it felt unusually hard to reach. I've also noticed on several occasions that my gums were bleeding in the morning when i brushed. Also sorry for tmi but my cm is a bit lotion like fairly watery. Sometimes i have dry days other days I'm pretty wet.

Kimmy04,

Early symptoms of pregnancy are listed here: http://americanpregnancy.org/gettingpregnant/earlypregnancysymptoms.html

If your gums are bleeding when you brush your teeth, this may be a sign of gingivitis or periodontal gum disease. This is something that you should address prior to trying to conceive (if you are not pregnant this month) because gum disease is known to be a cause of premature delivery of the baby. During pregnancy, your gums may also bleed but that's why it is recommended to visit your dentist regularly, even during pregnancy.

If you miss your period this month, please take a pregnancy test.

Best of luck!
