There is no risk for pregnancy in this scenario. Pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If a male has had a recent ejaculation, sperm can remain in the urethra (the tube that both semen and urine pass through). Once he urinates, sperm is flushed out.
It's best to wear condoms if you do have sex or genital to genital contact (rubbing, grinding) as accidents can happen.
