so my girl friend woke up this morning with excruciating pain in her lower left abdomen she started to sweat and shake her period is due here in a couple of days and we didn't even have sex this month i just rubbed down there a couple of times with my fingers and got in the shower and just made out in there no genital to genital contact at all. Any ideas as to what this is?
