Cramps all over body. what should I eat To stop it

Thanks for your post.

Unless you know why you are cramping all over, you won't know how to treat it. Cramping is caused by many reasons.

Dehydration and poor blood circulation are causes for body cramps, as are deficiencies in certain elements like potassium and magnesium so eat foods that contain these elements or take a supplement. Drink plenty of water.

If these cramps have been going on for a while and there is no relief, seek help from a doctor.
