For several years (off and on) I've had one nostril that seems narrower and the mucous inside often crusts over, to the point where I have to remove it -- sometimes with tweezers! I think I gave myself a sinus infection once this way, but it re-crusts, sometimes unbearably so. I thought it was better in the new semi-humid climate we moved to but not this year. Any suggestions?

Producer Buzz ,
Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer! Have you ever seen a doctor regarding the crusting? You may need moisturizing nasal drops to prevent the crusting but if you haven't seen a doctor, please do so. Be very careful putting tweezers up your nose because you can cause injury to yourself without meaning to.
Try getting some OTC nasal moisturizing drops for a while and see how the work for you.
Good Luck,
Rosa
