dealing with depression

If your an ambitious person like i am, and you want the whole package career, family everything loving relationships, everything. how do you deal with demanding career, improve yourself academically, work on your relationship. try to be efficient in all these things and deal with panic attacks, anxiety and depression. these slow me down and affect all areas of my life and then i feel worse that they have. life does not stop for depression. so what do i do. i dont believe in god. i dont believe in denial and i want ALL those good things i previously mentiopned . so what should i do? help!

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Dealing with Depression, anxiety and panic attacks is not easy and can definitely interfere with your daily life.  Panic attacks are not easy to cure on it's own, Medication such as SSRI's (antidepressant) and psycho therapy, are the treatments most experts believed is best when treating these conditions.  You need to see a doctor and explain your symptoms.

I have taken many different anti depressants and i really dont believe in them anyway 'and they never worked for me . I am in therapy but because my network is sooooooooooo narrow I feel alone a lot
