dear sir .i am sufferring from spleen enlargement 15 cm .undigest and lower hemoglobin 9 only.bilirubin seen 3.1.taking medicine vitabin b12 and folic acid tablet.backache also suffered.kindly advice me sir.

An enlarged spleen can be caused by infections, cirrhosis, and other liver diseases, blood diseases characterized by abnormal blood cells, problems with the lymph system, or other conditions.  You need to speak to the physician that is treating you.
