Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community. There is no need to apologize.

To best help you, I need to ask you a few questions. How old are you? Have you had unprotected sex since your last period, five months ago? Prior to this, were your menstrual cycles and periods regular? Have you ever been told you have any problems with your ovaries or uterus?

Have you taken a home pregnancy test? If you are sexually active and have not used protection, that is a good first step-take a pregnancy test.

First, we must find the reason for no period in five months.

Regards,
Maryann
