Did I take the B-HCG test too early to make the result 0.1 mlu?

I had sex but not really direct contact with my boyfriend last January 27. Then I got my period around February 16-20 with a usual normal flow. The next day, February 21 I took B-HCG test and I got 0.1 mlu. It's been three weeks since we had not direct contact but I also got my period. Is there any way for me to get pregnant? in 5 days, I'm expecting my monthly period. Please I need your reply!

Is taking beta-hcg test (thru blood) way more accurate on first take than taking a lot of pregnancy test (thru urine) to determine if pregnant?
