Guide

Hello Anonymous,
Next Choice has 2 tablets. The first one should be taken within 72 hours of having unprotected sex. The second one should be taken 12 hours after the first one is taken.

Did you do this?

Since the pill disrupts the normal hormonal signaling that regulates the menstrual cycle, it is not surprising that bleeding irregularities are common. This can result in spotting, having a period that comes up to a week early or even late. It can also result in a period that is lighter or heavier than normal.

If you do not get a period in three weeks, take a pregnancy test. That is the way to know if the pill worked.

I was told to take both pills at once by the nurse... I did not have any cramping or bleeding until now. My cramps r very light, but noticeable, and the bleeding is a spotty brown. I am not feeling any pregnancy symptoms like I did for my first pregnancy but I know every pregnacy is different .
