I've been on the pill for seven months now, NEVER missed a day until today. I took the last one of the package (the ones you take when you're on your period, I'm on my period right now) yesterday. Then I had unprotected sex that night and today, but he DID NOT finished inside me. Today I realize that I forgot to buy new pills, so I'm missing the first one (after I had sex). That means, pill, sex, no pill that same day. Could I be pregnant?

You were still on your period and he didn't ejaculate inside you, so pregnancy is unlikely. However, you should make up your missed pill, even if this means taking two on the same day. You might want to use a backup method of contraception for 7 days of active pills until you are regular again.
