Out of the people that I know who took/take her pills I haven't heard that they speed up your heart rate. One thing I'd like t\ point out is that if those or any other pills out there cause Tachycardia, you should stop taking the pills.
The best way to lose weight is at a slow and steady pace. Eating 5-6 small meals a day with lots of greens, fruits, veggies, good carbs, some protein and overall a good balance of everything is the best way to lose weight despite all of the diet fads.
