Dizzy, tired, migraines and possible glaucoma

I have been dealing with dizziness, fatigue and headaches for a couple of years now. I have been to the doctors in the past with no answers. For the last 6 months things have gotten worse and now my vision is off. I have been to a neurologist who sent me to get a MRI, but that only showed I have slight migraines. I went to the optometrist and she sent me to an ophthalmologist who didn't really find anything but decided to give me a field vision test to be safe. The results for that showed loss of field vision in the lower right of my right eye and part of my optic nerve was thin, so now she suspects glaucoma. Glaucoma doesn't make sense because all the other symptoms. I feel they are missing something big that is either causing me to have glaucoma or it isn't glaucoma at all and there is something else going on with my eyes from whatever is causing every other issue. I need answers before my health totally deteriorates or I go blind! I am hoping that someone could shed some light on this who maybe has experience something similar or just may have an idea.

Thank you for responding.
My issue is that I have been dealing with the other symptoms for years and the eye problem is new, so it seems strange. Also I forgot to mention I am 32 and no one in my family has glaucoma.
Wouldn't the MRI show if there was a tumor?
