I had ultrasounds and a transvaginal done no sac! Blood and urine tests were positive due for my period in 2wks still and im pregnant!

This is a question for your gynecologist. You should have a follow-up appointment with your doctor to discuss these test results and what is indicated. It is possible that you are so early in your pregnancy that the embryonic sac is not yet visible. The ultrasound should show if there is a mass outside the uterus to suggest an ectopic pregnancy. Again consult your physician.
