I haven't had a flu shot for a few years now. I haven't had the flu, but am wondering if I really need to get one?

Hi Ali,

Welcome to EmpowHER. The CDC suggests that everyone over 6 months of age, should get the flu vaccine.  Especially for those with Asthma, Diabetes, lung disease, pregnant, 65 or older.  It all depends how you felt when you have previously gotten the vaccine and how your body reacted to it. Hope this was helpful?

Best,

Daisy
