I recently started my own wight loss program and saw a Living Social deal for an endermologie lipomassage session. Do these really help to help eliminate fat and cellulite, firm and tone skin, and relieve muscle pain like they advertise? How many sessions do you typically need to undergo to see results?

I have been providing Endermologie in my studio for 9 years and can attest that the technology really does work. Endermologie is a deep-connective tissue massage technology that increases your circulation up to 400% resulting in increased metabolism and fat burning, more energy and detoxification of the body.
The various techniques that can be used tighten and tone the skin, reduce the appearance of cellulite, and promote loss of inches in targeted areas.
What I have found over the years is that receiving treatments consistently in the beginning is key. It is recommended to begin with 2 sessions per week for the first 6 weeks and then re-evaluate with the provider. Depending on your progress, the treatments may be cut back to once a week or every other week. By using this method, your results will last much longer in the long run and you should be able to go without a treatment for several months. Endermologie should be considered a lifestyle improvement to assist with your overall wellness program. It is not a quick fix but a very effective and safe one.
It is important to research the service provider to ensure that the technicians are trained properly to give you maximum results. If you would like to see photos of some of our clients I am happy to send you the link. I hope this helps!
