I have had weird feeling about being pregnant for weeks, and people at work have been joking around with me telling me that I should get a test. I stopped thinking about it and thought it couldn't be true. But after reading signs a couple weeks ago I took numerous test which all said negative, except one of the first ones. It had a half of a line saying I was pregnant. I stopped drinking . I was 6 days late on my period, I am never late. I got my period yesterday. It was really dark dried blood, never had that before and now it is really light.. The pregnancy test still come out negative. I have been looking online and said it could be Implantation bleeding. Some websites said it happens 8-10 days after and others say 6 weeks. I feel like there is some different going on inside of me. I usually have good out once or twice a week and just feel like taking a bath and going to sleep, which is every unlike me. Do you think that I am pregnant or just being irregular? Or Overreacting?

Dear Anon,

Impantation bleeding would happen about a week before your period is due and can be brown spotting though usually it is light pink spotting. I can tell you that implantation bleeding isn't even bleeding at all--it's just a bit of spotting.

If at any point you had a positive pregnancy test, please see your doctor. No matter what-- that one test alone warrants a doctors visit or phone call at the very least.

Best of luck,

Rosa
