Does a focal haemangioma in L4 vertabral body get bigger with exercise or aggravation?

Diagnosed with 3 bulging discs with one small protusion on nerve root. I still am in pain and updated CT scan showed a focal haemangioma in L4 vertabral body.It is 9x9x6mm
focal lesion with sclerotic margins and fat density within seen in L4 vertebral body centred posteriorly on the right side.
