Guide

Hi,
Are you asking if a woman's weight either increases or decreases as she reaches menopause? The most profound weight gain in a woman's life tends to happen during the years leading up to menopause. But, weight gain after menopause is not inevitable. A woman can take control over her weight by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This includes eating healthy, watching portions and exercising. I hope this answers your question.
