Hey, me and my boyfriend were practicing dry hump at day 11 of my cycle, he was wearing boxers and jeans and i was wearing jeans and my panties as well. But I found a small wet spot on my panties not near the opening of my vagina, because he was still on me when he ejaculated.. but my panties were also liquid (different wet spot than of his one) so is there any chance to get pregnant?

A wet spot will not cause you to become pregnant. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the opening.
