This is normal. Around your monthly cycle, your breast become very tender making it uncomfortable to wear bras and even the friction of clothes can bother sometimes. You can take a bag of ice, wrap it around a towel and apply it to your breast to help ease the discomfort. Or you can take a heating pad-- try the icing first to see if it will ease the tenderness.
