Hi Rajshe,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Maintaining a regular exercise routine throughout your pregnancy can help you stay healthy and feel your best. The safest and most productive activities are swimming, brisk walking, indoor stationary cycling, step or elliptical machines, and low-impact aerobics.  These activities carry little risk of injury, benefit your entire body, and can be continued until birth.  But before starting any new excersice, it's important to talk to your OBGYN.  It also depends on your health and in your babys health which exercise might be good for you.  I've included some links on pregnancy and exercise.
