Hey there,
I would just like to know, if an exposed penis rubs against my vagina whilst I'm wearing jeans (pre-ejaculate definitely present, and possibly ejaculate), what is the likelihood of it soaking through the material?

The answer is no. There was no risk for becoming pregnant. Why?
The vagina is inside the body. You were wearing jeans, which acted as a barrier. Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm.
